Thanks to Avaira I can see up close again!
I have worn Acuvue Oasys for many years with no problems, however recently everything within a few feet has become blurry. The Optometrist stated that the ONLY course of action was to wear reading glasses or get Acuvue Oasys for Presbyopia (which is difficult to get used to and is a constant inconvenience). Many people are having blurring issues with Acuvue Oasys which are cured by changing to Avaira. I mentioned this to my Optometrist and he had never heard of this and he didn't believe it . . . "you can't believe everything you read on the Internet." After some discussion, he decided to humor me with a trial pair of Avaira. I put them in and it was like night and day. Everything was crystal clear up close and far away! The optometrist retested me with them in and was completely shocked! I am now using the Avairas and have perfect vision. Does anyone know why the Acuvue Oasys are defective and don't work upclose? Thanks to the posts for getting me to switch to Avaira contacts to cure my Presbyopia!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Yeah, I thought so to. Perhaps ACP is just bubbling over with joy to find Avaira lenses and he or she cannon contain themselves.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I was unable to see up close for over a month. I was told by the doctor that there was no "cure" except uncomfortable and ineffective Presbyopia Contacts or reading glasses. Then I found this site and some posts on Acuvue Oasys and how people were experiencing blurry vision which was cured by switching to Avaira. I am spreading the good news that you don't have to suffer with poor vision. Get rid of the old technology and see again with Avaira ![]() |

So has anyone decided to jump on the Avaira bandwagon? |

Perhaps your optometrist should check this site out. |

So you haven't found the same joy of living and seeing that subtly-named Avaira Cures Presbyopia has found in these contact lenses? You have to wear glasses to read, even though you already have contact lenses in?
