Default Banana Republic Sofia Sunglasses To Make Ophthalmic Migraines Go Away

Have you ever had an ophthalmic or optic migraine? They don't always hurt, but you see this weird aura in your vision, something like the picture below.

If you see this aura and don't know what's causing it, it can be quite frightening. I can tell you from experience that as freaky as they are, the auras don't last long and there are no lasting effects.

I've heard that wearing a good pair of sunglasses can help with headaches, including migraines, but does anyone know if sunglasses like these Banana Republic Sofias can make the aura of an optic migraine go away sooner? That would be great.

I'm not sure if the sunglasses will help. I've had these ophthalmic migraines myself and I can still see that "aura" when I closed my eyes. I don't see how sunglasses could effect this. On the other hand, if it helps the headaches, it might help make that aura thing go away, too.

Thanks for your reply Banditcat. It's good to know that there are others out there who have experienced the same thing. I don't know about you, but I haven't had one of these migraines in years so for me it's not a big issue. I guess you just have to "ride it out" when it happens.
