Have you ever had an ophthalmic or optic migraine? They don't always hurt, but you see this weird aura in your vision, something like the picture below.
If you see this aura and don't know what's causing it, it can be quite frightening. I can tell you from experience that as freaky as they are, the auras don't last long and there are no lasting effects. I've heard that wearing a good pair of sunglasses can help with headaches, including migraines, but does anyone know if sunglasses like these Banana Republic Sofias can make the aura of an optic migraine go away sooner? That would be great. |
