Acuvue Multifocals vs Air Optix

Has anyone tried both of them and which one gave better results ? My doctor prescribed the Air Optix and I could not red on either eye. She then changed me to mono vision and that drove me crazy as my left eye was having all kinds of issues. Now she said she is going to try the acuvue multifocal. I am hoping it makes a difference and will be the solution but worried as I already tried the Air Optix and no positive results were obtained there. Any experiences ?

Hey there, fsager. I haven't tried those brands personally, but I just wanted to make sure someone greeted you. Have you looked around the site to see what people have to say in general about Air Optix and the multifocals? I think that might give you something to think about until you get a more useful reply.

Maybe you could clarify a bit, as your explanation if very hard to understand.

Are you talking about "reading"? What is the prescription? There are several different "near" levels, which one did you try?

That will probably help, Beer Goggles. Thanks.
