If my optician can't fit me in bifocal gas permeable contact lenses after 6 visits and 3 sets of contacts, do I have a right to return them and get a full refund?
He told me he had no idea why I couldn't see AND he charged $450.00 up front and refunded only $250.00. Is this normal practice? Is there someone I can report him to? Or am I SOL? (My vision through his "machine" was never clear so I assume that's why the contacts were wrong each time.) Ava ![]() |
