Default Biofinity Multifocal: worth a try?

I am brand new to this forum, and am fasinated at how helpful everyone is to each other! Perhaps some of you could offer me some advice.
I have worn Coopervision Multifocal Proclear for two years. I noticed my close up vision was not a good as it used to be.
I am now trying Air Optix Aqua, but they seem to make my eyes red and tired by the end of the day, and my left eye does not have a good focal area for close up reading of the computer screen.
A customer service rep suggested Biofinity Multifocals, also made by Coopervision.
Do you think I will like Biofinity more than Air Optix?
I read that Biofinity has a 62% water content vs. the 33% water content of the Air Optics, which is why I am thinking of giving them a try.
If anyone would like to give me an opinion, i would love to hear it about Biofinity.
Thanks a bunch!

If you are anywhere near forty, the vision will not change with a different lens. However, you may not need multifocals at this point. You MAY be able to adjust the Rx in one eye to get what we call 'mono-fit', but i would need to know more about your Rx before making a recommendation.

Hi there Techgal44. Welcome to Lens 101. The higher water content of those lenses will probably make your eyes feel better. I think you're on the right track.
