Biomedics 38 contact lenses are supposed to last for 1 to 2 weeks, then they should be discarded.
At least, that's how it is in the United States and possibly the UK, but I think I heard that in Europe you can wear these for a month. I'm not sure how I'm going to react to that. On the one hand, it makes me think that the European equivalent to the FDA is not very concerned for the well-being its citizens. On the other hand, since there hasn't been any outcry that I know of from Europeans having damaged vision from wearing their contacts too long, perhaps the FDA is being overly cautious. What do you think? |
