Which would you say is harder, putting lenses in or taking them out? I would say taking them out, because putting them in only requires touching the lens to your eye, rather than trying to pinch them off. The other factor is that if you can't get your contact lenses in, then you just leave your eyes alone. If you can't get them out, however, then you have a problem.
