The Boston 7 is one of the best gas perms on the market. I have been wearing contact lenses for over 30 years, when I started I was wearing PMMA which always scratched my cornea. I went through several gas perms after that but never felt like they really fit my eye, it always felt like I had something in my eye. Finally several years ago my doctor prescribed me these Boston 7 and it was a world of difference. These lenses are so great, my vision is so perfect and I always forget that I have them on.

I'm glad the Boston 7 contacts work so well for you. It doesn't really answer my question, but again I'm glad they work for you.

I've seen your screen name around here mathu. Have you checked out the sunglasses section of Lens 101 yet?
