The RPG lenses are easier to take out. I never was that crazy about having to pinch the soft lenses off my eye. That's the main reason.

I have worn RPG's since the age of twelve and I have tried to wear soft lenses over the years but I have never had the clarity and vision that I can get from my gas permeables.

Thanks, Tigger. Have you seen jannandavid's post here where he/she says the vision is clearer with RGP lenses that with soft? Would you agree with that?

Hey, thanks for sharing your personal experience with these contact lenses. I'm glad you like them and I hope you can encourage some other readers who are tossing around the idea of trying gas perm lenses.

Wow . . . that's not cool. I know how time-consuming it can be to write these posts, I'd be pretty annoyed if someone copied and pasted one of them word-for-word as if they had written it.

Hey, can I ask something kind of off-topic? I've noticed that some people write posts that have a series of commas ,,, at the end of a sentence. What is that about? I've never seen that before I started writing on this forum, and I don't see it anyplace but on line. Is it Internet shorthand like LOL or :-)? It's used too often to just be a mistake.
