Default Falling Asleep in Boston ES Contacts
Is it harmful to fall asleep in your Boston ES contact lenses? What about a quick nap?

If you just take a quick nap, you should be fine. But whenever you fall asleep with your contact lenses in, you run the risk of rubbing your eyes in your sleep and possibly breaking the lens and scratching your eye.
