I use teh Boston cleaning soplution with scrubbing beads.. ist what I srated out with and its what I use.. it really gets them clean.. I place teh ems in my hadn add afew drops to the inside of teh lens and in a circular motion i work the solution around teh entire lens surface. then rinse under a fine stream of tap filtered water..
