I was reading an article today about RGP contact lenses. The article described RGP lenses as "midway between a soft lens and a tough lens." What's a "tough" lens? Since it's contrasted here with a soft lens, I'd guess "tough" was the opposite of "soft." RGP lenses are not soft. What's harder than they are?
