Do you wear your Boston RXD contact lenses while you sleep? Some people say that you should never sleep in your contact lenses, but there's one lens called "Night and Day" so I'm not sure what to think. Maybe you can help me to figure it out and make it clear to the rest of the Lens 101 clan.
