Default Boston XO2 Renewal With Clear Care

Have any of you tried the Clear Care system for cleaning your contact lenses? I hear that even if your Boston XO2s are six months old Clear Care can make them like new. Is that an exaggerated claim?

Well since no one has replied to your post in about a year I'd thought I'd weigh in on this. I use clear care with my RGPS and I find it to be the best system to clean my lenses. Conditioning solution makes my lenses feel "goopy" and less stable in my eyes.

Thank you for your reply, Unadan. I was beginning to feel kind of abandoned here, but people are beginning to respond to my questions now. Spread the good word: log on to Lens.com!

So this "goopy" conditioning solution, does it come with Clear Care or is it a separate product? Do you have the option of skipping the conditioning part?

I'm referring to the Boston conditioning solution - I've stopped used it. I use boston cleaner then soak the lenses in clear care.

So I'm guessing you don't really need that conditioning stuff on your contact lenses? I suppose "unconditioned" contact lenses are better than goopy ones, am I right?

I hear that Clear Care is good stuff. I don't think I've heard anything negative about it. I hope I haven't started anything by mentioning that. If you want to post here are tell me how great Clear Care is on your Boston XO2 contacts, by all means do so.
