I was hoping I could get some recommendations on some of the top brands celebrities use for contacts? I'm only interested in lightening up my brown eyes or a brown-green contact lenses. I have caramel skin so I want something both exotic but still somewhat natural looking. Money probably wouldn't be a huge factor, so I'm really just looking for knowledge.
![]() Also, if anyone has any recommendations on how to find custom-fit lenses that would be great! Not sure if I'm using the correct terminology, but lenses that I can customized the color, shape and fit to my eyes. Would appreciate any help that can be given ![]() Thanks |

Fxeyes are the best I have seen when it comes to realism and fit
They are handpainted so they look incredibly real They have many different colors to chose from and you can have them adjusted to your liking, like if you would like a color darkened or lightened You can also customize the diameter of the contacts and the pupil opening They are $450 but they are as close to celebrity contacts I'm not sure if I will ever be willing to take that kind of plunge though! |

from my experience with fx eyes, i'm not sure if they look any more real than any other natural contacts. I've seen some 9mmsfx, however and those look nice. On their website it says they're 300 a pair? But ive hear them be up to 800 bucks a pair

lens.com doesn't sell vial color lenses, there are a bunch listed under "discontinued" though so I guess they did before |

I may be wrong but I am pretty sure the prices for 9mmsfx are per lens - they are known to be more expensive than FX eyes, which are $450 a pair

You're right, nicole420pm. For some reason that has been asked about but never explained (to my knowledge), all the vial lenses on Lens.com have been discontinued.

I don't think it is just Lens.com I think it is the US - I cannot find annual color lenses......the only brands of color contacts I ever see are Freshlook, Acuvue, and Cibavision Expressions. None of these are annuals and can't compare in quality to the annual color lenses that were available in the US up until recently. Maybe its a maket thing - the market for expensive annual color lenses in the US is too small to bother with?

Solotica opaque lenses, hidrocharme, hidrocor, and natural colors come close to a custom effect and the colors are beautiful, bright, yet natural looking. The three different lines have varying opaciities to suit a persons taste. The last option are Freshkon colors fusion dazzlers. They have a similiar tint technology to freshlook color blends but in comparison to FL colorblends much more vibrant, opaque, and very natural looking. Coopervision expressions are amazing but god forbid having two different lens powers as colors may look different with different powers. (not sure why they have this quality control issue) IM not a big fan of freshlook color blends as the tint only looks good on a very dark eye....med to lighter brown eyes makes freshlook color blends muddy looking. Make sure you do your research....opaque lenses look different on everyone and they will also look different on lighter brown, med brown, and dark brown/black eyes. Skin tone can also make them look different as well. |

The pattern looks weird (they are the 3rd set of lenses): http://optiquezone.com/products/contact-lenses/cosmetic/ |

Once they are on....its hard to describe but everything merges to a single color effect unlike the pictures posted so it seems odd to me...tho...there are real people online with pics, do a google search. |
