Default Looking for most natural LIGHT GREEN color!

i have green-blue-grey eyes. kinda bland, not a definitive color. i have always
tried to find the right LIGHT GREEN contact lense, but they are ALWAYS too dark! and too alien looking. i found expressions accent, which was close to natural, but still too dark. and Acuvue 2 green enhancer makes eyes too bluish green. my eyes are light, so i know i need enhancers. how about cibasoft softcolor green? anyone know? what is the most natural LIGHTEST GREEN enhancing contacts out there.

Hi rgardnr, and welcome to our website.

You say you're looking for light green contact lenses. How about FreshLook ColorBlends Gemstone Green? Here's a picture I found of a real person wearing them. The pupil hole is a little bit big in this picture, but they still might look good in your eyes. If this picture doesn't do it for you, at least now you have a search term. Good luck.

That's a good question, Guiness. I guess I must have forgotten to attach the picture.

Here are a before and after picture of a lady named Sharon Owen. Here's how she describes her amazing transformation:

My eyes are naturally blue-green but they look amazing with the Gemstone Green lenses. I use Loreal colour appeal eyeshadow in Laser Mauve, black eyeliner & Maybelline the falsies mascara in black. All I need then is a bit of bronzer & a slick of Crystal Dragon lipstick by Estee Lauder.

Would anyone else care to post some before and after pictures of themselves?

Default Lightest green contacts...

I've looked for ages for the same thing... light green contacts that make people look but not stare at "the obvious"... They're Solotica lenses and the colour is Quartzo.

Here's a pic... my eyes, naturally, are a grey/blue colour...

Hmmm... nope, can't insert a picture, unless you have any tips? You can see them, I think, on YouTube...

I've been looking for a light green, too, but my eyes are very dark brown (almost black unless there is light shining on them). I've just ordered the Solotica 'Esmeralda' from their natural colors line. It should be here in a few weeks. I did quite a bit of research and it seems like that color works better on dark eyes (making them much lighter) but that it wouldn't work as well on lighter eyes (all the photos I have seen of them on lighter eyes seem to be overly green, and like you said, somewhat 'alien' like). I also considered the Quartzo (same as the photo from the poster above) and the Topazio, but I really wanted a green and the Quartzo look almost like a light blue. I'm new to the Solotica lenses, though, so maybe I'm wrong about that. I'd be happy to hear suggestions, too.

These are the two videos I saw that convinced me to get them:

They are annual.

Default Natural Green Colour

Yes, they are Solotica's Natural Colors in Quartzo. They are stated as an annual but with proper care, mine lasted a year and a half before they started feeling "scratchy"... I love them, I'm on my third pair. I'm mortified that I posted such an incredibly large photo but the colour does really appear as pale green in an everyday setting and the dark limbal ring makes them look so much more natural. My two cents worth... T.

thanks for the replies solotica are a bit expensive for me =/ I tried looking at some of their lenses on their site. I'm looking for the same thing actually. I got natural green eyes and I want to achieve that icy green, but without looking un-natural or 'alien' like. I tried a lot of brands, but none of them seems to look natural :-/ the only brand I found that could be what I'm looking for sells only in the US through a doctors visit

Hello skyisjade thanks for trying to help me out, I researched those lenses already. The acuve and focus are exactly what I am looking for, it's the color that bothered me. when I've put them on, the color looked dull. I'm looking for contact lenses without a pupil hole, just an all over color, like the ones in the picture. (I attached a pic of the focus lenses) do you have any recommendations of similar lenses but with a lighter tint? thanks for your patience

The large photo is a good thing, tproteau. Remember that a lot of people who come to this site may have bad eyesight. Besides, you look really good with Quartzo colored eyes.
So how did you get your 12 month lenses to last for 18 months? Is your eye doctor happy with the health of your eyes using this routine? There's no point in extending the life of your contact lenses if it's not good for your eyes, wouldn't you agree?

Did your eye doctor tell you that you could wear those lenses for a year and a half? I get a little concerned when I hear people say "You're only supposed to wear these contact lenses for so long, but I decided to wear them longer." I just hope no one injures their eyes because of it.

I have blue eyes and the enhancers make mine too dark

I've been thinking of any type of lense that looks as close to natural as possible. Enhancers look absolutely natural, but... too dark. I want LIGHT blue

So what is it that makes a contact lens look "natural"? People say that all the time. "I want contact lenses that look natural." Does that mean "something that doesn't look weird"?

This would be an example of lenses that are not natural

they're pretty and striking, but the hue is not one that exists in nature
