Default blue contact lenses based on pictures

Hi guys,

great forum you got here.

I hope I am posting this in the right place.

I am trying to find coloured contacts that are closest to the colour in the pictures I attached.

Some info about me and my goal:
- I have hazel green eyes
- I would need 0 power lenses
- These are for a halloween costume - so will be using them only for a few days - a few hours per day
- They would need to look as real as possible

Could you guys direct me or help me find some lenses that are similar.

Thank you!

hey!.....the "freshlook colorblends" in "true sapphire" or "brilliant blue" would help you achieve that particular color!

Hi willomina, thanks for your response!

in doing research on this board - those are the exact two lenses I think will work best.

Now I need to get a prescription - lets hope my eye dimensions will fit the freshlook colorblends' dimensions....

Another question, if I may... when I actually buy the lenses online (lens.com seems the best) - I would only need to buy just one box right? In other words, I can buy just one box for the left eye, since there are 6 lenses per box, right?

Hi estel_mn. Welcome to Lens.com. It's so nice to log in on a Monday morning and see that a questions has already been answered in my absence. I would agree that FreshLook ColorBlends in True Sapphire or Brilliant Blue would both be good choices. I'm looking forward to seeing the pictures. Are you going to go with a Superman costume or just some Christopher Reeve eyes?

Very Cool, estell_mm. You're going for the Christopher Reeve Superman, huh? I just saw of those movies on TV recently. It was the one where Clark Kent gave up his super powers to be with Lois Lane. Sappy, but it makes a story. See, love is a dangerous thing. It can even take down the Man of Steel himself.

I hope the costume works out for you.
