Hi,
I ordered cristal-icemint from wrlens and it arrived within 10 days to the uk, which was great. I think they've sent me the wrong lens. I checked the bottle and it said ice, so I was assuming it was just ice mint and didn't expect them to make a mistake with all the great reviews and stuff.. so I opened them from excitement ugh The lenses are nice but it wasn't what I paid for. I really hope they'll give me an exchange or refund or I'll try my luck with paypal, which I really dont want to. ._. I really wanted cristal. I've sent them an email and its been 3 days so far. When I emailed them before about other issues (before I bought the lens) they replied like the next day.. anyways here is the picture, so if anyone can confirm for me that'll be great. I can't post images or links yet so can't attach image to post. Try this link. The one in my previous post had spaces between / / cause I couldnt post the url. Update:
I recieved an email today from them apologising and they said they'll be sending out the correct ones. They also said that I get to keep the NC Ice! Now thats what you call great customer service. ^_^ |

I haven't received my lens yet due to a month long processing delay but they finally got back to me after sending them 6-8 emails... customer service is definitely delayed. I'm sorry to hear about your experience with them. I hope they have improved some since then. :/

Yah, that is the worst thing about ordering from out of the country. It takes forever to get through customs. And, if there's an issue, add another month or month And a half to that. Wrlens sent the lenses back to Solotica for inspection. Another month has passed lol I hope they resolve your issue asap.

I'm not sure who replies to your emails but Olivia is really nice. The whole process will be lengthy, but it's nice to get some type of response. Initially after the whole defective lens speel, no one got back to me. So, I bombed theyre billing email with the same issue. My base curve is 8.4, and I don't know if I could still wear solotica's for 6 hours a day with my base curve :|

Due to your broken vial with dried lens, we will ship you a new one lens (tone number = 2) free of charge in order number S10088. We will send you the trackign number a ssoon as we will ship it to you. also whats the best cleaning solution to use with these? |

Why do you ask? Do your Solotica contact lenses have a different base curve than 8.4?

That's weird. Why would they sell contact lenses in only one base curve? At least Lens.com has a whole range of base curves and diameters on most lenses. Some only come on one base curve, but those are in the minority. You should give them a try now that your money has been refunded, clandestine.

Well it turned out that they were icemint, they told me "ice mint" was just a trial, but I found out they were initially the same thing, with hardly any differences. The only problem I have so far is that it slides around my eyes (yes they only have one basecurve), unlike the hidrocor type. But it looks really natural. More natural than the ice.

So I got an email from wrlens about shipping me a new "one" contact lense to replace my broken vial, but then I get another one a week later saying according to ups to got you lenses on the "16th" if this is correct enjoy your lenses I wrote back saying yes, BUT that's the one that had the broken one in it! I've been blowing up their email and still haven't gotten a response, I'm getting really irritated bc I already opened the other contact vail to see if I even liked them they look great on my eyes, but I have no idea when I 'm getting my other one if I'm even getting it at all!??
