Default Amazing color contact blog!!!

Hi guys, I wanted to share that I have found a blog that addresses most of the questions that we deal with here, including some of the issues I thought only I faced, like color contacts that come from other countries, contacts with small pupil holes, whether it's safe to buy color contacts outside the US, even talks about how to minimize the rate of eyelashes falling in your eye while you wear contacts!!!

It's bestcolorcontacts.blogspot.com

I think it's worth visiting. There are pictures and reviews of different brands and colors, especially Solotica and Magic Top. I would definitely recommend it. I learned so much in terms of how to care for my lenses and also whether I really need to be fitted by an eye doctor and what the fitting involves.

Are you here to help or just plug the blog?

I took a look at it and it's nice (and quite pink) but it doesn't have the question-and-answer format that Lens 101 one has. I think I like this format better.

I'm here to participate in information sharing...I'm assuming that's why everyone is here. I don't understand the abrasiveness of your response. I was typing up a few search queries regarding contact lenses issues on google and found that blog. It had answers to many of my questions, all on that same page. I was not comparing it to this forum, just sharing an additional source of information. I really liked the post about eyelashes. I have that issue, and I used to just use clear mascara gel to hold them in place, but that never worked and I still had eyelashes get in my eye all day. I don't see how sharing the blog I found could be perceived as anything negative. If you don't like the blog then don't go to it. No one is forcing you to read it.

I'm sorry if you found my response abrasive. Let me try to explain.

I can understand if someone says "I found a site that's very helpful. You should check it out, it's at blahblahblah.com." That's sharing information that could be useful.
The thing that got my attention about your various posts is that you gave a link to that other site at least five times. That's a bit excessive, don't you think? What would you think if one of your friends told you "Hey, have you tried Smith's furniture polish? Boy, it sure is great. If not, you should try Smith's. I like Smith's furniture polish and I think you will too." You'd probably be looking for a hidden camera or something. I know I would. Especially if you've been a loyal customer of Johnson's furniture polish for ten years.

If you like that other blog, then that's fine, I'm glad you found something you like and that you want to share that information, but so many mentions if it in such a short time is a little bit suspicious.

What do the rest of you think?
