Default Eye Re-Test for Fresh Look Color Blends?

If you already wear clear contact lenses and you think you'd like to try a pair of Fresh Look Color Blends, do you need to see the eye doctor again to get re-fitted, or can you just take your current prescription in, slap it on the counter and say "A pair of turquoise contacts, my good man"?
Or something like that?

Thanks hazel06. So you're saying the color contacts fit differently than the clear ones? They're not like jeans where no matter what color or brand they are I can get them in a size *Ahem* 22 waist or whatever and they'll fit?

I always thought that you wore the same size contact lenses whether they color or not. Am I mistaken?
