Default Are the New No Smoking Laws Helping You See Better?
In certain cities like Chicago, you are no longer allowed to smoke indoors--except for bars, I think. (I don't know, I don't smoke or drink.)

Anyway, now that the air inside has cleared up I was wondering if anyone has noticed that their color contacts have been feeling better lately.

Yeah, I believe that would go with any kind of contacts. Smoke or anything that is irrating will bother your contacts. Also, I do see a change now, since the new laws. I know it is a better place to be around and my contacts are feeling much better.

I'm glad to know you're more comfortable, ReCnePz. (Catchy name, by the way.) Thanks for contributing. These new anti smoking laws seem to be good for your eyes as well as your lungs.

Here in NY smoking is banned at all public restaurants, bars, and whatever but I haven't noticed any real change to my eyes. The thing that really irritates my eyes when I'm wearing contacts is reading. Even without the contacts my eyes get very scratchy. Smoke doesn't seem to bother them too much.
