Hi karol.beck. It's nice to see your smiling face in these pictures. Thanks for the YouTube video. You look beautiful. I can see that becoming more and more popular in the future.

I noticed that you were blinking a bit more than normal in this clip. Was it the contacts, or the camera in your face? Are the Solotica contacts comfortable?

Hello Ozzie!

Thanks for the compliments! you're too kind!

I'm Brazilian and my English is bad! I'm sorry! the lens of "Solotica" have standard curve of 8.7, they're very big in my eyes. They annoy the beginning but then the body adapts. The color of topazio and esmeralda is very beautiful and natural, I get many compliments every day!

Any questions can contact me!

Have a good week, kisses!

Hi Karol,

Thank you for the nice pictures. I have some friends from Brazil and they're all very kind people and speak highly of their home. You're English is quite good, don't worry about it.
Can you find Solotica contact lenses in a smaller size? Even though you say that they are "very big," your eyes don't look red or watery, so as long as you're comfortable, I guess they work.

How do you say "Merry Christmas" in Portuguese? I hope you and your family enjoy the holidays.

OMG, you are so beautiful. I would be inclined to say that green is your color, however, you would probably look great in any and all colors.

I myself have been trying to decide on either violet, blue or green. Just may go green this time and embrace my Irish ancestry. Ya know, green = Irish???

Hi catt. I think you should try the green lenses. Why not? They'd go well with your hair, I think. If they look bad you can blame me. "It's all Building 63's fault!"

Of course, you could also blame karol.beck, too.

Here's an Irish flag for you, catt.

Default Green Eyed Catt

Wow, that sure is a brightly colored Irish flag up there.

I've seen pictures of you here on Lens 101, catt, and I think green eyes would be a good thing for you to try. What do you think?

Actually, I went to my optician yesterday and came away with some free demos. Since my hazel/green eyes were more green than hazel yesterday (was wearing a blue shirt), it was difficult to tell which eye had the green contact(s) (tried a few different brands) and which eye color was actually mine. Perhaps under different lighting it would be different, but. . . I did walk around the store with a mirror (even went outside in the sun) and it still looked pretty much the same. Go figure!!!!!

Do you get tired of pictures of cats in the threads, catt? Probably not. At least someone threw in a picture of Michelle Pfieffer as Catwoman for variety.

If green is invisible on you, maybe you should try blue. What do you think?

When you say "it still looked pretty much the same" do you mean your eyes still looked like their usual hazel/green (or would that be "more green than hazel")?

They (my eyes) on that particular day, looked almost the exact same as the green demos I tried on. So. . . not going to go that route. This is tending to get a tad bit frustrating. He said that he would order a demo amethyst color for me to try, but doubt that color will work for me either. Yeah, I know. . .Picky, Picky, Picky!!!!!

Do you realize that, according to the counter on this site, this is your 246th posting, catt?

I'm curious. Is it costing you a lot of money to be "picky, picky, picky", or are you getting plenty of free samples?

I think I saw a picture of you here on this site somewhere with violet contacts (among the other 245 posts), and so I think the amethyst is worth a try.

Hey KSCbase, did you realize that according to your counter, this was your 279 post (or something close to it). That means that you are ahead of me on "Let's Play The Lens 101 Counter Game" here on this site?????? LOL.

Actually, it is saving me money by being "picky, picky, picky", cause I really don't want to buy anything -- including contacts -- before trying it/them on. Sure, I have about 15 demo contacts by now (I save ALL MY COLORED LENSES -- Even the old ones); however, the demos (or test) ones are of no use to me, as I NEED prescription ones to see. Ya see what I mean?

What are you going to do with 15 demo lenses? Can you still wear them? If not, maybe you can do some kind of decorating with them. Glue them in a frame or something.

No, I have NEVER worn them. I get them from my optician to take home and try on. I would have no use for them otherwise. By now, I must have more than 100 -- perhaps closer to 200 -- colored contacts that I keep in a saline filled container. Not sure why I started saving them years and years ago, but with all the different colors, it's actually very pretty in a weird, eccentric way.

So you took them home to not wear them?

I like unicorn's idea. Take all those colored contacts and make them into some kind of art piece. Maybe you can stack the containers in a big pyramid or something.

Or do you have over 100 contact lenses in the same container?

Sure do!, Only wish that they didn't need liquid to stay pliable.

I don't know what's creepier in this picture, the jar of eyes or that can of Tasty Joy corn on tiny cobs. It's literally a "can of corn."

It could have something to do with fertilizer.

We were talking about karol.beck and her Esmeralda contact lenses.

Yes, those contacts are very nice. I opened up this thread and there were these big green eyes looking at me. Very pretty.

Thanks for your reply catt. I never said you had too many, I was just wondering if you were surprised at how many times you posted on Lens 101--like I was when you told me.

I'm glad you're not wasting money on contacts you don't like. Now, when you say you save ALL YOUR COLORED LENSES, does that include used ones, or just the demos? I think the capital letters hold the answer . . .
