Someone on another site made the statement that "only a vain person would shell out 40 bucks a month for a pair of contact lenses." In this case she was talking about colored contact lenses.

What do you think? Does buying colored contact lenses make you a vain person?

Yeah, Sure. About as much as having your hair highlighted every 6 weeks for over $100.00 a session. If I didn't have the money, I simply wouldn't buy them. Do you think it's vain to want to whiten your teeth whenever you feel the need?

Hmmm . . .some may say "yes," but I don't think so. Sometimes, when you look like me, you try to do all you can just to achieve average attractiveness.
