Default How Do Cynthia Rowley CR 0257 Sunglasses Get So Dirty?

How come when you wear sunglasses for a short time--maybe a half hour or so--the lenses get spots on them? Where do they come from? How can they get dirty when nothing touches them?

You know, I don't know, Fresa. The only explanation I can offer would be that maybe you smudged them with your fingers when you first put them on, or maybe they already had spots on them and you just didn't notice until the lenses were a quarter of an inch in front of your eyeballs.

How about this one. Your sunglasses start to slide and you touch the lens when you push them back up, but you don't realize you're doing it.

    I dunno.

    They boogie man?

(Sorry about the blurry picture. Your contacts are fine. They probably don't want to get sued by John Travolta Inc.)

I remember when KC and the Sunshine Band had a song called "Boogie Man."

Not that it was any good, but it was catchy.

So we still haven't found a way to explain those mystery spots on glasses, have we?

So it would seem, Fresa. We're still open to suggestions, though.

I'm sure there's stuff flying at your face all the time we just don't notice unless we're wearing glasses. The might also touch your face as well, and that might leave some smudges.
