I don't see any problem wearing eyeliner with Aquacomfort, you might have to ask your doctor about that one.

I don't wear eyeliner , but based on my wife's experience, I'm of the impression that careful eyeliner application technique makes it possible to wear the eyeliner and contact lenses in general.

Has anyone experienced a specific problem using Dailies Aquacomfort Plus lenses?

Doesn't everyone??? I use waterproof liner with no problems. MakeUp Forever makes some nice ones, and so does Bourjois.

Default Dailies AquaComfort Plus and Eye Makeup

Okay, thank you everybody. So it looks like everyone other than Ricardo still wears the eye liner with their contact lenses, even Mrs. Ricardo. That's nice to know.

I've also worked on film sets where many of the cast and extras wore full makeup as well as contact lenses, and I don't recall hearing about anyone avoiding eyeliner because of contacts in that situation, either.

Hi there HMBgal. Have you posted any pictures on Lens 101 of your eyes with makeup on? If not, can you?

Ummm, sure, I guess I could do that...you can definitely see my eyeliner. I'm not on the computer where my pictures are at the moment. Will do soon, promise. I can't use the liquid liners I used to use, nor can I use the pretty Bare Mineral powder liners. It pretty much has to be waterproof pencils. I don't use AquaComfort dailies, though...

Make sure to post your picture under the name of whatever contact lenses you actually use. There will be less confusion that way. I'm looking forward to those pictures, HMBgal.
