If I come home and want to take a nap, for example, can I take out my daily contacts, snooze for a bit, and then put the contacts back in, or do I have to use new ones?

In my humble opinion, I think it would be best if you just left the contacts in your eyes as you napped--as long as it wasn't more than an hour or two. It probably won't hurt your eyes, but don't be too surprised if when you do take your contacts out at the end of the day they feel a little sticky, but that's nothing to worry about.
