I know that there are some contacts that can safely be worn at night while you're asleep. Now I come to find out that the FDA has approved these contacts for overnight wear, but only in certain prescriptions. All I know is that a prescription of -4.50 or -5.25 are apparently too strong for overnight wear. Can anyone tell me more abut this?
