These sunglasses are called "SZ 3076." I'm taking a wild guess that the "Z" stands for "Zegna." If that's true, though, these would be EZ 3076 sunglasses instead of SZ 3076. So either I'm wrong about my initials theory, or else there's a bit of a story behind that "S." Who here knows about that "S"?

No. The SZ may stands for Sunglasses Zegna. Retail shops that carry several Zegna items may need to code different items based on what they actually are so for inventory management purposes it makes sense to code the items for what they are. I could be entirely off on this but this is just my best guess. |
