Default Change to Focus Dailies

Hi

I have been wearing 1 Day Acuvue, BC 9.0 and DIA 14.2.

Am I OK to change to Focus Dailies which only has BC 8.6 and DIA 13.8?

Thanks,
S

okay it was really hard to try and explain this but i tried the best i could haha.

okay.. yup, it is possible to wear them inside out. if your contact is in your eye the wrong way, chances are, you'll notice. it'll most likely be very itchy, and in a way, it'll be kind of painful. it's hard to explain but you'll know when it's in the wrong way.

before you even put the contact lens into your eye there IS a way to check the right and wrong way of a contact lens. place the lens on your finger so that a cup is formed. hold the lens up directly in front of your eyes so you're looking at the side of the cup. if the lens forms a "U" with the top edges flared out, it's inside out. if it forms just a "U" it's in the correct position. i never use this way, i find the other way a lot easier.

the second way is by opening your hand straight out, with your palm facing up. without bending your fingers "fold" your hand to like a 90 degree angle. you should see the skin of your palm being pushed together. if you see that, open your hand so it's flat again and take the contact lens and drop it in that "groove" that you're about to make. it's easiest if you place the contact lens on the side closest to your pinky. fold your hand to that 90 degree angle and you'll see the contact lens fold. whichever way it folders TOGETHER the easiest is the correct way to put the lens into your eye.

uh sorry if it made no sense, this is harddddd to explain over a computer aha. i can add a picture if that'll help. oh and the first time i had to put in my contacts it took me a good 20 minutes of non stop trying to get them in my eye. as for taking them out, that was a lot easy i got them out on the first attempt
