How can Focus Night & Day contact lenses get oxygen to your corneas when your eyes are closed?
The blood vessels on the back of your eyelids provide some oxygen overnight. Due to the permeability, more of it gets through N&D than other lenses. Also, when your eyes are opened in the morning, your cornea absorbs more oxygen faster to return to a normal state than with other lenses.
