Do you have a hard time removing your Frequency 55 Aspheric contact lenses, even thought they are perfectly comfortable to wear?

My method of removing all contact lenses is this: With my eye open, I gently press a finger on both my upper lid and lower lid, at the same time, then blink shut with fingers still on the lids. This effectively uses your lids to remove and pinch the lens off your eye. I've been doing it this way for years. I discovered this method after finding it impossible to 'swipe' lenses off my eyes with a finger. Try this method. Once you get the hang of it, you'll have no problems removing your Aspheric 55's. |

![]() They way you describe it, it sounds like you use your fingers to push your eyelids closed and pinch the contact lenses out. Does that sound about right? |

![]() Yes, I do use my fingers to gently push my eyelids closed, thus pinching the contact off my eye. You have it exactly. The one caveat is you need to place fingers above and below the lens so when you push lids closed, it catches the edge of the lens. Does that make sense? This method works like a charm and they're always out in seconds. |

Is there anyone here that has used this method of contact lens removal with success? |
