Default Blurry Frequency 55
If your vision blurs from time to time in only one eye when you're wearing Frequency 55, should you go back for a re-fit?

my blurriness occurs when reading something closeup. I wait for my eyes to adjust and blink a few times or move the subject matter farther away to prevent blurriness. other than that everything looks perfect.

If you have to move your reading material farther away from you to see it clearly, shouldn't you get your prescription checked?

My doctor is the one who prescribed the contacts. But i know longer wear those Frequency 55 Toric contact lenses. I now wear Freshlook Colorblends Toric. Totally different feel.

Yes it has been resolved but my sight is not as vivid as the Frequency 55 Toric lenses but these colored contacts do feel more comfortable and seeing through is ok.

You said your vision is not as "vivid" as it was with the Frequency 55 Toric contacts. Do you mean colors are not are bright?

I meant that my vision is very crisp and clear when i used to wear the Frequency 55's. To me when i wore Frequency 55 Toric contact lenses- my vision seemed abnormally sharp. Color has nothing to do with what i am talking about.

So it sounds like everything you saw had sharply defined edges.

Check out this cool picture I found of Mimas, one of Saturn's moons. Mimas is crisp and clear while Saturn itself is a big blur in the background. This is what you mean by "vivid" right? Mimas is vivid, Saturn is not. This is how you see things with your Frequency 55 contacts.

its better if you compare a vhs tape to a dvd. the big blur in the back ground is a bit extreme. or just imagine that moon being more refined and clearer- that's how the Frequency 55's work.

That's an awesome picture, Nursenancy. It's so neat how Mimas is in such sharp focus while the edge of Saturn is a blur. Gives the whole thing a 3-D effect.
