Default Frequency 55 Wear Time
Frequency 55 is a monthly contact lens, which means a single pair can be worn for a month before they have to be tossed. From what I understand, these time limits refer to the number of times you handle the contacts, not how long it's been since you first opened the box. So how many times can you wear a monthly contact lens? 28? 30? 31?
