Post Freshlook colorblends -Turquoise on brown eyes.

Went to the eye doctor today, got some Demo Turquoise colorblends, here are some pics. Only wearing one so you can see the difference.
I like them. But Freshlook colorblends are not very comfortable, so I may try the annaul ones, Durasoft 3 colorblends. Its looks the same, but its thicker, and you can get a different base curve, and it is thicker also so its not so flimsy. However, they cost like $90 per lens.... But last a whole year. So thats not so bad. Let me know what you think! My eye makeup looks bad, I was in a hurry. haha. Oh, and I was kinda looking into a very bright light... So my pupils are very tiny, But in normal lighting you can't see my iris through the pupil hole. And Sorry the pictures are so big... I didn't have time to resize them, but at least you get a better idea of how they look. lol

Thanks for the pictures, Deejayt. You have prety eyes with or without contacts.

I can't help but be distracted by the large pupil hole. You explained that these pictures were taken with a bright light, but all I can see is a thin ring of turquoise around your irises. Maybe some more pictures under more natural conditions will give us a better idea of how they look under normal circumstances. Maybe a picture of your face rather than a closeup of your eyes. Now that we have the close ups, maybe we can see them in a more natural setting and compare them.

By the way, your eyes look very clear in these pictures, so it doesn't look like you're uncomfortable while wearing these lenses.

I'll try and get some more taken. And its funny you say my eyes look clear, because when I was at the eye doctor I tried on every single freshlook lens! All of them! I was sitting there for like an hour. lol It was fun to see what all the colors looked like though. But after that, my eyes were soooo sore. OMG they hurt and I had a bad headache. A funny thing was I tried on Freshlook dimenstions for "light eyes" and they actaully did do something to my eyes, The green just made my eyes look really dark green... and the blue a really dark blue. It was kinda cool. And they were more comfrotable than the opaques.

I looked at these pictures and some of them have kind of a soft focus. Those that had a sharp focus showed a few blood vessels, but looking at your eyes I'm surprised to hear that you had been trying on different contacts for about an hour and your eyes were sore. They don't look bloodshot or watery at all.

Looking forward to the next set of pictures, Deejayt. Looking at some of the ones in sharper focus I can see a little redness, bit not much. Take care.
