I checked out that link, and if you fill out the information they won't send you free contact lenses, but "you'll get an online certificate instantly" and guess what you do next? You print up the certificate and bring it to your eye care professional and he or she will fit you for your free trial contacts. Even with this offer, you can't avoid seeing an eye care professional.

Oops! I missed the part on without seeing an eye doctor. Sorry! But why would you want to avoid them? You are not going to them to pay them but to get a free sample. Maybe you are the type that are easily influenced by people.

I'm not the one who asked the question. The thread was started by 321 Contacts.

The thing I love about Lens 101 is that if someone posts something like "Sure, go ahead and wear your daily disposable contacts for a year. You'll be fine," or "Can I get contacts without the help of an eye care professional?" they usually get busted pretty quickly. It's one of the few contact lens forums that bother to do that.
