Default Is it healthy to wear lens all the time?
Is it ok to wear lenses all the time, hubby says I should take them out once in a while but I never do.

I don't think it would hurt if you wore them all the time, as long as you don't sleep with them in your eyes. But I do think that it's a good idea to take them out once in a while. Contacts can irritate the eyes so giving your eyes a rest from them is generally a good practice.

Yes, then you should take them out. They do make day and night lenses but even with those they tell you that you are an increased risk for infection and ulcers if you sleep in them.

I do wear day and night ones and have slept in them all the time i have been using them which is over 10 years, I have never had a problem with them.

there are lenses which can be used for 72hrs , so if your body is comfortable then you can sleep with them,,,they are safe.
