Default Do I need to wear Glass or Lens for this power?
I was asked to wear Glass last month by doctor for having a power of -0.25. I bought a glass from the doctor himself. But after discussing with my friends, they said that One need not wear glasses for such a small power and if we wear glass for such a small power, it would just spoil our eye more.

They say wrong about the doctor that just because they wanted to sell their Glasses, they asked me to use glass. I am now in dilema what to do. Do I need to wear glass or not? I can't contact the doctor once again. So, I need be counseled. Please help me.
