Take lots of Vitamin A and carrots. This things help protect your eyesight. And don't stared at the computer screen for too long.

I take a break from the computer every now and then, and try and sit back.

Aside from that, I just try to keep my contacts as clean as possible to reduce the risk of infection.

yes cleaning your lenses properly is the most important thing...as this will always prevent your eyes from getting infected.
