Default does washing help?
i have read some where that If your eyes are straining and you wash your eyes with cold water frequently does this help? has anyone tried this?

Can't say I have. I'm not sure how good tap water would be for your eyes, though.

I don't think rinsing them would hurt but I have never heard that it helps relieve eye strain.

No benefit from washing eyes with tap water at all, the only time I would consider doing that would be if I had a foreign object or chemical in my eye.

yes i guess if they will not give relief they are not going to harm your eyes as well.
