The first time.

How long did it take you to get your lenses in the first time?

I remember standing in the doctor's office for a good forty-five minutes fumbling with mine. My eyes were beat red and veiny. It hurt so much. I remember thinking MANY times that the pain wasn't worth the benefit.

I'm glad it takes about two seconds to get them in now.
