My prescription has only changed mildly in about 10 years. All of a sudden it seems that I can barely see with my contacts in --they have an older prescription than my glasses. One day I could see fine with them and the next day (or at least that is how it seems) I was squinting to see far away. Has anybody else had this happen? what caused the dramatic change?

What contact are you wearing?
How often do you replace them. Do you take them out regularly? Those would be the first things I would think of if vision dropped off that rapidly.
