I recently had a lens check for my O2 Optix and was told they are fitting and moving OK, my left eye keeps blurring every so often (mainly towards the outer part of my eye) and the lens feels like it shifts position slightly. Tried my Proclears and it seems worse with those and as they are meant to be the same size lens is this likely to mean this lens no longer fits my eye properly? I have only ever been fitted with lenses of proportions mentioned above, is it easy for an optician to tell if you need a smaller one or whatever? I recently developed a slight astigmatism in the eye I am having trouble with but have a worse astigmatism on the right eye and the lens feels fine on that one!
Alos, can anyone tell me why although Proclear and O2 Optix lenses are meant to be the same size (BC 8.6, DIA 14.2), that when laid side by side the O2 Optix is considerably bigger? |
