I was told in this forum to find a dr who was very experienced to make sure I got the best multi-focal toric lens fitting.
I think every single place that sells contact lenses is going to claim to be very experienced, how do I find one for sure? |

Do you know what friends are for? Yes, they are the prefect person to refer you to an experience eye doctor. Grill them for questions and ask them anything that you could possibly think off! After all , it won't cost you a single cent and they would be more than happy to share their experience.

I think friends and relatives are a better source. Governing board or association just give you a list of the available eye doctors in your areas. Online friends will do as well as in here.

I don't think a hospital is going to know which doctors are the most experienced in prescribing contacts, especially contacts that are for both toric and bifocal together. Friends and relatives aren't going to know that info either.
I wish there was some kind of list somewhere of drs who do that kind of prescribing. |
