Yup you sure can
heres a link to the information about bifocal contacts for people who wear bifocals! http://www.eyetopics.com/categories/Contact-Lenses/Contact-Lens-Types/Bifocal-Contacts/ its along page but now you can get bifocal lenses that work the same as bifocal glasses. the lens and the eye move so that they fall into place.
