I know the majority of us who are wearing glasses would like to switch to contact lens if our there is non limitation in our financial conditions. After all, it is not the cost of the lens that have to be considered but also the maintenance cost.
But for some people, it is not the money that's the matter. What could the possible reasons that make them wary and reluctant in switching to one? |

Maybe they just don't want to wear contacts. It took me a long time to get my first pair because the thought of putting something in my eye was very pleasing. Some people like wearing glasses. I know I prefer them to contacts.

I know some people who never wanted to do contacts because they hate the idea of sticking their finger in their eye. Not a good reason in my way of thinking but I have heard people say this many times.
I think part of it is also a lack of knowledge of the ease of use of contacts nowadays and how much better they'd be able to see. |

i would not like to wear the contact lenses as i find it hard to fix correctly and the glasses are thousand times easier to use then the lenses...and in My country there is not much difference in the cost of lenses and Glasses

Awwww, but when you have the right fit and prescription and get the hang of putting them in, there is nothing like the wonder of vision without glasses on your face.
I think that people who get put off by the idea have either had a bad experience and given up or heard stories of bad experiences and decided never to try. |

I agree with faithib many people do not like the idea of having to stick their fingers in their eyes. And many others are possibly put off my the thought of having any sort of object in their eye basically due to some misconceptions.
