ALSO just checked my email and i recieved the email in my junk folder, checked my junk folder and the mail is gone, and went to my account on lens marketplace and it says my shopping cart is empty?!!??!?! Is this a rip off or is it because they will hopefully be arriving soon?????? Please help really worried now :/

Hi Kirsta,

May I ask how long your lenses took to arrive? I'm also in the Uk and it's been 12 days now... Really wanted them for Friday...

Thank you x

It sounds like kirstaaayx is still waiting and that Solitica is not the most reliable seller of contact lenses out there.

Solotica is not a seller of contact lenses. They are a colored lens manufacturer, and a very good one. The lenses they make have a wonderfully natural pattern and come in a large array of beautiful colors. They also come in extremely high powers, which is helpful for those with strong prescriptions.

I really doubt that kirstaaayx is "still waiting" for her lenses to arrive. It's far more likely that she just didn't come back to post after she received them.

Depending on your prescription, it can take up to a month to receive your lenses. If they have your power and color in stock, it may only be a couple of weeks, or sometimes even less.

I strongly recommend soaking them in Clear Care or multi-purpose solution (preferably overnight) before wearing them. They'll be much more comfortable that way. I hope they arrive in time for whatever fun you have planned for Friday!

I guess there's really nothing much we can do but wait and hops. Do you have a backup plan in case the contacts don't arrive in time?

Hi Everyone,

I ordered lenses form lensemarkeplace.com ,I also live in uk. They still have not sent me any tracking number or any email confirmation. After reading all this negative feedback I start to panick a lot special I paid for express delivery.
My lenses are just cosmetic (without power) can someone let me know what to do?

I don't think you need to worry, Nizo. That seller can be a little slow to ship, but I've never heard of them ripping people off and not sending the lenses. How long ago did you order them? I'd imagine they get a lot of orders when it's close to Halloween, so it could take a few weeks or even a month to get to UK. Which lenses did you order?

Thanks for that. I ordered my lenses 3 days ago but I wait (40$) for the express delivery (3-5) days and if it take a month what's the point me paying all that money.
Anyway I will just keep my finger crossed until I get them.I order Solotica Hidrocor Mel (just cosmetic lenses)

Can anyone compare the service provided by lensmarketplace.com to Lens.com? I know Lens Marketplace has a better selection of colored contact lenses, but what aboout delivery time and resolotion of issues?
