I will be making an appointment for eye exam tomorrow. I have worn prescription trifocals for 5 years. Problem is I only wear them when I need to read. My knees are not real and I get very paranoid because with the glasses on I can not see the ground unless I bend my neck as far down as it goes, very uncomfortable. I am hoping I will get some positive feedback with contact lenses that stay in. I have never worn CL before and I am 56. Is it possible to get CL so I can read or will that mess up my "good" normal vision. I never wear the glasses while shopping and therefore I can't read the labels. Like, damn it, I wanted to buy green peas not Okra. Plus, while walking I am super paranoid I will fall or trip while wearing glasses.
