Thank You for your quick response
I will ask him about them. The problem I'm having is that they don't stock my script. It takes 7-10 days for them to get my lens in. The thing that upset me on the first trial lens is that he didn't fit me with the correct dominate lens. He asked me what my dominate eye was?? I told him, didn't know. I told him I was left handed. He asked which eye do you close when you shoot a gun?...............hum mm. I don't shoot guns, so again i don't know. his reply was: OK, probably left eye dominate. That is how he ordered the Acuvue Oasis on my first try. They felt great but, after an hour or so I felt like they were all fogged up or had some type of film on them. The eye Doc., said they were rotating on my eyes to much when he checked my eyes with them in. Why would one brand rotate on my eyes more then another brand ? He then ordered the Pro-clear Toric. I work with several people that wear mono vision/ Progressive contacts. They laughed and asked why he didn't test to see if I was left eye or right eye dominate. I didn't know he could or should of. My Co-Workers had me do 2 simple eye dominate tests. I'm very much Right eye dominate even though I'm left handed.
Wow, I payed extra money to see this eye doc., because he specialises in contact lens fitting. By this time I was in the Proclear Toric. They weren't rotating on my eyes and did feel better but, still couldn't see very well. I called them and told them that i was Right eye dominate and they needed to change my script. Once again I'm waiting for the new script to come in. I would of thought that going to someone who specialises in contact fitting would of known to do the simple eye dominate test before ordering my lens.
I hope to have my new proclear torics before Christmas and the world will look clear again..
