I wonder if enough people still Google Paris Hilton to get a bunch of hits here for Lens 101?
Just for fun, if you found this site be searching for Paris Hilton, fess up, okay? Don't be shy. ![]() Anyway, rumor has it that she wears something called "Elegance" contacts, which is just another name for Natural Touch. So you heard it here. If you want to look like Paris, get yourself some Baby Blue Natural Touch Opaque contacts and act like you own the place. |

I have a pair of Natural Touch contact lenses in Baby Blue, that I got yesterday by mail. I totally wish I could keep them, but they are the wrong size. So my loss is your gain. Please reply if you would like to purchase them.
These are the specifics: the base curve is 8.3, the diameter is 14, the power of the lenses are -2.0 (both eyes). These lenses are made by Coopervision, they are brand new, only used for like 15 minutes. Thanks ![]() |

By the way. No offense, but, I just couldn't bring myself to buy a pair of contacts that were in a stranger's eyes, even for fifteen seconds, let alone fifteen minutes. Last edited by captainneo; 07-13-2010 at 04:20 PM.. |

First of all, what's this about Elegance contacts not being made any more? When did they stop? Secondly, according to Lens.com, Elegance and Natural Touch are two names for the same lenses. http://www.lens.com/contact-lenses/lens280.asp You say "there are some slight differences." What are those differences? |

I have both natural touches and elegances and I'll show you pictures with the differences between them. |

Would you be willing to try and order Elegance from Lens.com just to see if they're still available? |
|

noo there are elegance and it's not the same as natural touch because natural touch is being manufactured by cooper vision Wesley Jessen and they were so expensive because thy were hand painted my doc told me
|

According to Lens.com, Natural Touch/Elegence lenses are made by Coopervision, not Wesley Jessen. Now, which contact lenses did you say were hand painted? Natural Touch?

The trouble with Americans, Paris, is that we're lazy. If we have to copy and paste an entire website just to read it, we'll just find another site in English. Is there another site that proves your point in English? The trouble with translation programs, too, is that most of them only translate text in Latin letters. If you copy and paste Greek letters, it won't know what to do with them. Looks like worldlingo.com will do it though, if anyone wants to give it a go. When you say "zoom in at the bottom," do you mean the picture of the contact lens? |

When I started this thread I wondered how many people would find it by Googling Paris Hilton. So far no one has indicated that they found this thread in that way.
I'm a little disappointed, to be honest. ![]() Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome to Lens.com . . . the Paris Hilton! |

It's hard to say, paris. If we could get a little more information, we could help you better. Do you wear Natural Touch Opaque? How long have you been wearing contact lenses? Do your eyes burn and turn red at the end of the day, or all day long? What do you use to clean them? One or more of these factors could be causing your discomfort. We'll do what we can to help here, but you should probably see your doctor.

I'm going to reiterate what PTUser said and ask for more information. Do they turn red right away? Does it matter what brand you use?

Here's the quote if you don't want to look it up: "There's much buzz on which brand exactly Paris uses, but the consensus seems to be Elegance Opaques in light blue by Ciba Vision." |
