There's a fancy contact lens out there called the Maxsight by Nike. These contacts are tinted, but not to change your eye color. The tint comes in handy when you're playing sports because they help you see thing better. They improve contrast so a baseball or a tennis ball is easier to see against the background.
Something I just read about was where someone claimed that runway models wear Maxsights so they don't have to squint in all the bright lights and photography flashes. Who needs a squinty supermodel, right? Has anyone else heard about this? Can you name a model or two who has actually done this? |
